To open an account, you’ll need to work with a financial adviser who already holds Terms of Business with us. We’re not able to support clients who wish to manage their investments independently.
To ensure we remain impartial, we don’t recommend or provide a list of advisers. If you already have an adviser in mind, you’re welcome to share their details with us and we’ll confirm whether they hold Terms of Business with us.

When your adviser manages your investments through Novia Global Europe, you get your own client area. Sign in and you can monitor your investment performance and delve into data on the composition of your portfolio.

You can sign in to your account on any device – all you need is an internet connection. Once your adviser has opened your account you will receive an invitation by email to create your password and sign in. Simple. (If you think you should already have an account, speak to your adviser. Or get in touch with us.)
All client monies are held in full accordance with MiFID regulations in segregated accounts under separate nominee names, protected by Acknowledgement Letters signed by HSBC.
This means that if something unexpected happens to Novia Global Europe, our creditors would not have any legal right to client monies. Nor could we use them to cover Novia Global Europe’s obligations.
As for the security of the platform, resilience has been built into the design of our cloud infrastructure – with all backups immutable and encrypted. Firewalls, access control lists and antivirus measures further secure the network. And we maintain the integrity of our security measures with regular penetration testing. In short: you can feel complete confidence that the Novia Global Europe platform is kept safely under lock and key.

Yes, the minimum amount for a single withdrawal is $1000.00 or currency equivalent. The minimum amount for a regular quarterly withdrawal is $500.00 or currency equivalent/$2000.00 or currency equivalent per annum.
Once your adviser has registered you with Novia Global Europe, you will receive an email with a secure link. Click the link to activate your account and set your password for your secure client portal.
To update your personal details, you’ll need to complete a “Change of Details” form. Please contact your adviser to request this.
The platform uses advanced encryption and security protocols to ensure all client data and transactions are
protected. Multiple layers of security are in place to detect and prevent suspicious activity, and we work with
third-party security specialists to conduct regular security assessments.
