Client monies are
segregated and protected

Your clients are entrusting you with their financial futures. It’s essential that their monies are properly protected. That’s why we hold all client monies in segregated accounts under separate nominee names, protected by Acknowledgement Letters signed by HSBC. This means that if something unexpected happens to Novia Global Europe, our creditors would not have any legal right to client monies. Nor could we use them to cover Novia Global Europe’s obligations.

All monies that are invested in funds are with Pershing Securities International Limited and HSBC Ireland.

Advanced platform security and 99.9% uptime

Cyber threats are always evolving – and we make sure our platform evolves with them. The Novia Global platform exists in a multi-cloud environment across both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Being fully cloud-based means that we have no reliance on a single physical site and can failover to different regions if required. 

High levels of uptime, resilience and security have been built into the design of our cloud infrastructure – with all backups immutable and encrypted. Firewalls, access control lists and antivirus measures further secure the network. And we maintain the integrity of our security measures with regular penetration testing. The result: our platform consistently maintains 99.9% uptime.
